Castillejar 
A small village with a population of around 2,000.  Castillejar has become well known, in recent years, for its cave homes and is popular with the ex-pat community.

The ex-pat community often have lots of activities going on, and a regular monthy newsletter is circulated to keep people informed of events in this area.

Swimming Pool

 

Los Olivos, nr Castillejar, provides you with a municipal swimming pool where you can laze by the pool and enjoy a meal and drinks in the bar. There are changing rooms and the showers which are very clean.
Approx. 23rd June to end of August  : 
The pool opens from 12pm daily
Prices approximately 2.50 euros per day (2008 prices)
