Advertise your property online for a one-off payment of 100 euros. The property will be placed on here until the property is sold. We will email you every 3 months to receive an update from you as to enquiries received and see whether your property has been sold. You will be responsible for providing us with accurate details.
How does it work?
Email us to express your interest and we will send you a form for you to complete. Here you will detail all relevant information about your property. Send the form back to us via email, and make your payment. Once payment is confirmed via paypal or bank transfer we will process your property details - usually within 48-72 hours.

- A form will be placed on your page to enable potential buyers to contact you direct
- Details of your property will be placed in The Sierras magazine every 3 months free of charge.

How will people contact us?
We will place a direct link to your email address and all enquiries will be redirected straight to you to deal with. Your email address will not be divulged on the website.
We take no responsibility for emails sent to you and it is your responsibility to liaise with all prospectus buyers to ensure they are genuine interested buyers.
If we find a buyer what next?
It's over to you. You will need to liaise with an independent Solicitor, who will take your instructions to sell your property. All we ask is that you please notify us when you have sold your property either through this website or otherwise, so we can remove the details from our website.
